The confinement situation caused by COVID-19, which began in early 2020 in Latin American countries, has shown that it can have negative consequences for health at a psychological level. Research shows that people with greater flexibility and adaptation associated with resilience are able to cope. Therefore, the present study aims to examine the relationship between resilience and attitudes towards confinement in 30 students of the Higher Institute. Two tests were applied to measure both variables, the Wignild and Young Resilience Scale adapted by Novella (2002) and an Attitudes towards Confinement by COVID-19 questionnaire developed for the research. The research design is nonexperimental, and the method is descriptive and correlational. The relationship between the dimensions of resilience and confinement factors at the cognitive, affective and behavioral levels was carried out. The results show that there is a significant relationship between resilience and cognitive attitude towards confinement, but no significant covariation was found between the too many dimensions and attitudes towards confinement.
