This research entitled: Program effectivensess training "Tutors in action" in the performance of secondary tutors educators have as general objetive determine the effectiveness of program "tutors in action" in the preformance of the secondary level of a private educational institution in the district of El Agustino. The independent variable is the training program "Tutors in action" and the dependent is the performance of the tutors educators which will be measured in 4 dimensions or aspects: psychological, socio affective, pedagogical and techniques or instruments. The sample is of the non-probabilistic type and is made up of 13 teachers belonging to a private educational institution. The level of this research is experimental, because study the coincidence relations and the phenomena control. The type of this research is aplied, this one is characterized for the interest in the aplicabilit of the theoretical knowlwdge in a given situation. The design of the research is pre-experimental with pretest an post test. The instrument that was used it was a monitoring paper with 31 items. At the end the research concluded that the development program "Tutors in action" significantly improves the performance of tutors' teachers at the secondary level of a private educational institution.
