This research is born from the question ¿What is the relationship between procrastination and burnout in workers of an educational institution, in the context of COVID-19, Lima 2021?. For this purpose, it was considered to carry out a descriptive level research, of descriptive substantive type, using a descriptive correlational design. The population consisted of the total number of workers at an educational institution in Lima, whose representative sample was of 107 people. The instruments for measuring the variables used were the McCown & Johnson Adult Inventory Procrastination (1995), and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (1986). These results were used in Structural Equations Modeling, focus at exploratory level and using the AMOS version 23 program. The results confirm the existence of a significant relationship between the one-dimensional variable procrastination and the three-dimensional variable burnout, with the following values: r = 0.400 for the correlation depersonalization « procrastination; r = 0.723 for procrastination « emotional fatigue; and r = -0.476 for procrastination « personal fulfillment. Likewise, correlations were found between the dimensions with values of r = 0.847 for depersonalization « emotional fatigue; r = -0.475 for depersonalization « personal fulfillment; and r = -0.486 for personal fulfillment « emotional fatigue.
