The inclusive education tries to solve the discrimination and indifference to the children with special educational needs (NEE) in the regular classrooms. This proposal has been one of the initiatives with the greatest transcendence in the field of the education. It has causend the activation of mechanisms against the exclusion and segregation in our society. This work presents an analysis concerning inclusive education literature. In, concrete, it shows attitude of professors towards the education of children with NEE. Moreaver, it presents the result of the field research regarding the attitude of professors working in kindergarten and elementary school. For this research, a survey was elaborated with the intention to know the attitudes of professors working in kindergarten and elementary school towards the inclusion of children with NEE in a regular classroom. The main factors considered in the survey were teaching adaptation to children with NEE, in a regular classroom. The main factors considered in the survey ware teaching adaption to children with NEE, constraints in the inclusion, how to promote inclusion, and socio-affective self-regulation The respondents 112 professors (62 from kindergarten, 50 from elementary school) who works in schools located in residential areas in Miraflores-Lima. From the results, it was concluded that professors from kindergarten show a better attitude towards teaching adaptation required for children with NEE. They are also favoring acceptance of inclusive education compared with professors from elementary schools. In contrast, both groups show a similar attitude regarding restrictions applying inclusion and socio-affective self-regulation in favour of their inclusive students.
