Percepción de los estudiantes de ciencias de la comunicación de una universidad de Lima norte frente al clima laboral de sus centros de prácticas pre profesionales

Abstract

La presente investigación centra sus objetivos en ampliar el conocimiento del concepto del Clima Laboral en los estudiantes de pregrado que realizan sus prácticas profesionales en el décimo ciclo de estudios universitarios, específicamente, en la carrera de Ciencias de la Comunicación. El estudio se llevó a cabo en la sede de una universidad ubicada en Lima Norte y estuvo conformado por 150 participantes. Al grupo se le aplicó un instrumento de 50 preguntas de alternativas en la escala Likert. Esta evaluación permitió obtener respuestas que expresaban el grado de percepción de los estudiantes sobre el Clima Laboral de sus centros de prácticas profesionales durante un semestre académico. La investigación confirmó la hipótesis. Los estudiantes del último ciclo de la carrera de Ciencias de la Comunicación consideran aceptable el Clima Laboral de sus centros de práctica.

The present research focuses its objectives on expanding the knowledge of the concept of Labor Climate in the undergraduate students who carry out their professional practices in the tenth cycle of university studies, specifically in the career of Communication Sciences. The study was carried out in the headquarters of a university located in North Lima and sample consisted of 150 participants. The group was given an instrument of 50 alternative questions on the Likert scale. This evaluation allowed to obtain answers that expressed the degree of perception of the students on the Labor Climate of their centers of professional practices during an academic semester. The research confirmed the hypothesis. The students of the last cycle of the career of Sciences of the Communication consider acceptable the Labor Climate of its centers of practice.
