Plan de negocio para el desarrollo de un nuevo servicio de arrendamiento comercial en la empresa Céntrica

Abstract

La presente investigación desarrolla un plan de negocio enfocado en la empresa Céntrica, perteneciente al rubro del alquiler de oficinas, con la finalidad de incrementar su utilidad. El plan contiene los siguientes frentes: tecnológico, financiero, de marketing y social. En el capítulo I se describe el contexto de la problemática actual de Céntrica, los objetivos del plan de negocio con sus justificaciones correspondientes y los antecedentes de planes similares que se implementaron antes de la presente investigación.

The current work is a business plan focused on the Céntrica company, which belongs to the office rental sector; this to increase its usefulness. The plan contains the following fronts: technological, financial, marketing, and social. In the first chapter, the context of Céntrica's current problems is described, the objectives of the business plan with their corresponding justifications and the background of similar plans that were implemented before the plan in question.
