In Peru, road design is one of the largest projects. Due to its contribution to the development of the provinces, cities and towns. The purpose of the research is "Rehabilitation of the Neighborhood Road. It will be developed fulfilling all the specific objectives that arises in the investigation for its development and execution of said project. The purpose of the present is to rehabilitate the neighborhood road located in the District of Parcoy, the section starts in the hamlet of San Fernando passing through Trapiche - Arcay, ending in the hamlet of Alpamarca. For this we carry out the well detailed studies of the road such as: soil study, survey to non-experimental descriptive research in or that is; topographic, study of quarries, hydrological study, analysis of geometric design and budget preparation, applying the technical knowledge of engineering and current regulations by the Ministry of Transport and Communications. The road improves the quality of life of the inhabitants to have greater access to health centers, education and economic social development. Finally, it was concluded with a budget for the execution of the project with a total cost S /. 572 043.65, are five hundred and seventy-two thousand and forty-three with 65/100 soles Key words: rehabilitation, local canine, topographic survey, soil study, hydrological study, geometric design.
