The present work aims to carry out a flexible, urban pavement design in the main Av sector 2 Alto Trujillo, district of Porvenir, la Libertad. Applying the AASTHO 93 method and using the C 010 standard. Urban pavements. The work has been divided into five chapters so the first part is called problematic reality, it gives us an adequate design of quality of life. The justification, it is important for it we can find possible solutions for the design, and finally its objectives. In the second chapter, the theoretical framework has been developed where we are presented with different concepts of flexible flooring and design. The third chapter has been the development of professional application, where field and cabinet data needed to develop the work were obtained. The fourth chapter is the conclusions of the design of flexible floors and as a last chapter five, recommendations. In conclusion, it can be said that the expected results of the analysis have been obtained, according to AASTHO 1993. Proofs were made to calculate the thicknesses of the pavement, opting for the most economical and efficient one, which would support the traffic loads and external factors, thicknesses; Asphalt Folder 7 cm, Base 25 cm and sub base 20 cm.
