Abstract: Actualmente, en nuestra ciudad se ha originado el incremento del parque automotor, y por ende
La Municipalidad de Trujillo viene haciendo estudios en puntos nostálgicos de
embotellamientos vehiculares, y tienen pensado un proyecto:
“Creación del intercambio vial del Óvalo Larco”. Este posible proyecto vial urbano, consiste
en un paso a desnivel de 200 metros de largo por dos rampas y un total de 700 metros de longitud
que sigue la trayectoria de la Avenida Larco.
El pavimento flexible debe proporcionar una superficie de rodamiento uniforme, resistente a la
acción del tránsito, a la del intemperismo y otros agentes perjudiciales, así como transmitir a las
terracerías los esfuerzos por las cargas del tránsito. La metodología permitió establecer los
métodos y técnicas que van relacionados con la durabilidad que está ligada a factores
económicos y sociales. La durabilidad que se le desea dar al anillo vial, depende de la
importancia de este. Para la concepción del proyecto vial, se ha tomado en cuenta los
volúmenes de tránsito existentes, las proyecciones de los mismos y el aspecto estético del
proyecto integral, de modo que se pueda solucionar así los movimientos vehiculares en todos
los sentidos. Las avenidas involucradas en el estudio por la importancia que han adquirido,
merecen un tratamiento especial toda vez que canalizan gran parte del tránsito.
La presente tesis después de evaluar minuciosamente las vías que se interceptan en el anillo vial
de Larco, en las que evidencian deterioros en la superficie de rodadura de nivel severidad baja,
media y alta en algunos casos.
Pretende determinar los criterios estructurales según normas y metodologías para diseñar la
estructura de un pavimento flexible y así lograr un eficiente nivel de transitabilidad mejorando
las condiciones de vida de la población en toda la zona de influencia.

The methodology allowed to establish the methods and techniques that they are related to the durability that is linked to economic and social factors. For the conception of the road project, it has taken into account the existing traffic volumes, the projections of the same and the aesthetic aspect of the integral project, so that the vehicular movements can be solved in all the senses. The avenues involved in the study because of the importance they have acquired deserve special treatment since they channel a large part of the traffic. The present thesis after carefully evaluating the roads that are intercepted in the Larco road ring, in which evidence of deterioration in the surface of rolling of low, medium and high severity in some cases. It aims to determine the structural criteria according to standards and methodologies to design the structure of a flexible pavement and thus achieve an efficient level of passableness improving the living conditions of the population throughout the area of influence.
