The main objective of this paper is the best economic solution for the structural system of the construction of the Tupac Amaru school in the province of Otuzco. For this, an existing module of the Tupac Amaru school has been structurally evaluated. This module has the following structure: the walls are of adobe in its entirety, the wooden beams and the ceilings are made of traditional tiles. As a second alternative, a new proposal for a structural system of reinforced concrete and masonry has been evaluated, which has the following structure: columns and beams contributed in two directions. The sections of the structural elements and the columns in T and L beams are banked and rigid diaphragm is made of unidirectional slab 20 cm thick. A structural analysis and design for the two systems is being developed: reinforcement of the existing structure and new system of reinforced concrete and masonry structures, using different software such as Etabs 2016 and SAP 2000. Metadata is also being done in Microsoft Excel 2010 version, for the two proposed alternatives, which consists of the calculation or quantification by items of the amount of work to be executed. Also, in the present investigation we have made a comparative table of costs between the proposals of structural reinforcement in adobe and the reinforced concrete and masonry in which we work in software S10 vs. 2005. The calculation was made elaborating the meter and the unit cost per game. The labor prices were worked with the salaries and social benefits capeco 2017 - 2018 tables. Finally it is worth mentioning that the two proposals were made in their respective plans in architecture and structures with the software AutoCAD version 2017, which consists of demonstrating the graphic and conceptual representation of the structure, consisting of plants, cuts and complementary drawings of execution. As conclusions of the research, With respect to the profitability of both solutions to determine the most economically optimal - The solution 2 is more profitable by the time of useful life and the servitude for the benefit of the learners, and with a low cost-effectiveness comparable with other similar projects.
