In these times of advances and technological advances on a large scale, we obtain new updated technologies, those that need to be tested in our environment and reality, that is why the present thesis, which is dedicated to the verification and verification of topographic surveys with traditional systems widely known (total station), versus a new and improved equipment, such as the drone DJI Phantom 4 pro, a new version on the market, with more technology in its camera, with a more powerful lens with higher pixel capacities, better shutter; and the same happens in its other components of the aforementioned drone; At the same time, it is also compared with the research work of drones that preceded the current one, both nationally and internationally, where most of them conclude in their favorable and reliable results for this new technology in the case of topographic surveys, even though some equipment is juvenile capacities in its different components and systems compared to the current one. The present research work, 95% statistical confidence is obtained.
