Propuesta para la implementación de la red de datos en la Dirección Regional de Salud de Loreto, 2017

Abstract

Esta investigación pretende elaborar una propuesta para la implementación de la red de datos en la Dirección Regional de Salud de Loreto, año 2017; para optimizar los servicios de conectividad. El tipo y el diseño de la investigación es el descriptivo No experimental, siendo el objetivo elaborar una propuesta para la implementación de red de datos. La población está constituida por 432 trabajadores que pertenecen a la Dirección Regional de Salud de Loreto. Definida la unidad de análisis se determinó por muestreo no probabilístico intencional a 45 trabajadores de la Dirección Regional de Salud de Loreto 2017, como instrumentos se aplicó las encuestas y cuestionarios en los mismos sujetos, llegando al finalizar a las principales conclusiones: Se determinó que el nivel de satisfacción con respecto a los servicios de conectividad, existe una satisfacción de los empleados del 80.4% con respecto a las instalaciones físicas de la actual red; y finalmente se realizó una propuesta técnica y económica para la implementación de la red de datos en la Dirección Regional de Salud de Loreto, año 2017, con la finalidad de mejorar los servicios de conectividad que actualmente no son óptimos para el desarrollo de la institución.

This research aims to develop a proposal for the implementation of the data network in the Regional Health Office of Loreto, year 2017; to optimize connectivity services. The type and design of the research is the descriptive Non-experimental, the objective being to develop aeproposal for the implementation of data network. The population is made up of 432 workers belonging to the Regional Health Office of Loreto. Defined the unit of analysis was determined by intentional non-probabilistic sampling to 45 workers of the Regional Health Office of Loreto 2017, as instruments were applied the surveys and questionnaires in the same subjects, arriving at the end of the main conclusions: It was determined that the level of satisfaction with respect to connectivity services, there is employee satisfaction of 80.4% with respect to the physical facilities of the current network; and finally a technical and economic proposal was made for the implementation of the data network in the Regional Health Office of Loreto, 2017, with the aim of improving connectivity services that currently are not optimal for the development of the institution.
