The present investigation was carried out in the Regional Hospital of Loreto "Felipe Arriola Church" of the City of Iquitos, in patients attended in the gynecology service during the period from January 2012 to December 2014, with the diagnosis of uterine myoma. The problem is to know what are the clinical and epidemiological factors associated with uterine myoma in patients at the Regional Hospital of Loreto? The objective was to determine the clinical and epidemiological factors associated with the uterine myoma. Methodology: Correlative, retrospective and transversal descriptive type study. We selected 183 medical records that met the inclusion criteria; based on the review of medical records and the collection of data in a data collection form. For the analysis of the results, the SPSS statistical software version 22 for Windows 7 was used. For the inferential analysis, Pearson's Chi Square free nonparametric test was used. Results: The clinical and epidemiological factors associated with the uterine myoma were: Age of affected patients 41 to 50 years with 67.2% (123); the menarche 56.3% (103) was normal and 8.7% (16) was precocious; the menstrual rhythm 79.8% (146) was regular; in menstrual disorder 47.5% (87) had menorrhagia; with respect to parity, 86.3% (158) are multiparous; 61.2% (112) abortions did not have abortions; PAP 79.8% (146) PAP was performed; MAC used 74.3% (136) does not use; presents pelvic pain 42.1% (77) is moderate; Abdominal tumor 56.3% (103) was not palpable; in other manifestations 48.1% (88) was the Polaquiuria; Anemia 36.1% (66) was presented was mild; 10.9% obesity (20) has obesity; in harmful habits (smoking) 96.7% (177) does not smoke. There is an association between clinical and epidemiological factors with the uterine fibroid in patients treated at the Regional Hospital of Loreto.
