The purpose of this research was to evaluate 03 levels of earthworm humus in the Bermuda Grass (Cynodon dactylon) and its effect on carbon sequestration, which was carried out in the Zungarococha farm, San Juan district, Loreto region. The experimental design of Randomized Complete Blocks (DBCA) with four treatments and three repetitions was used. The evaluations were carried out at the sixth week, at the time of the evaluation the borders of the plots were taken into account. To take the samples, the m2 was used, evaluating the production of green matter (Kg¬ / m²), the production of dry matter (g / m²), and the percentage of carbon (g / m²). Observing the Duncan averages of the green matter according to the treatments evaluated according to the averages of green matter, dry matter and carbon capture, the T3 (5 kg / m2 of humus) occupied the first place of the Order of Merit with averages of 1,795 kg / m2 of green matter; 38 g / m2 of dry matter and 15.81 g of carbon accumulated during the evaluation time (6th week), concluding that the best treatment is T3 (5 kg / m2 of humus).
