The research work related to, OCCUPATIONAL HYGIENE AND SAFETY IN PRIVATE COMPANIES IN THE CITY OF IQUITOS BY 2021 was developed considering the obligatory nature of the regulation of degrees and titles of the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences in the School of Administration of the University National of the Peruvian Amazon. The objective of the research is to define the content of the Health and Safety protocols in employment and the content of the medical protocol of entry, maintenance and termination of the contractual relationship for all business organizations of goods or services of the public and private sector in the city of Iquitos in 2021, where it is shown that the current legal provisions on the matter are fully respected, the investigation is developed in six chapters. The research process is developed through the structure of a qualitative research as a scientific research method with a non-experimental transactional descriptive design of the labor problem in terms of hygiene and employment safety, where the planning and active management of the processes of employment is highlighted. Training in the prevention of hygiene and occupational safety that workers must have as part of their work culture. The research is developed taking into account the labor problems in the city of Iquitos, Maynas province, Loreto department of Peru, in 2021, under the financial auspices of the students SHERRY ALEXIS VASQUEZ DAVILA and MARIA ELENA CELESTE DAVILA REATEGUI, graduates of the school of Administration.
