The objective of this work was to determine the influence of environmental factors on the prevalence of gastrointestinal parasitosis in wild mammals in captivity in the Quistococha tourist complex. The research was descriptive longitudinal and correlational. The population was 48 mammals: 24 Primates and 24 Carnivores, the samples were collected during two seasons of the year: season of emptied (August-October) and growing season (March-May) making a total of 96; The coproparasitological method used was Direct and Willis Flotation, of the 96 samples we found a prevalence of parasitosis of 35.42%. The 48 samples of carnivorous and primates showed prevalence of parasitosis of 54.17% and 16.67%. The most parasitized carnivorous species, Pantera. Onca was more likely to have parasites, and Puma yaguaroundi had the highest number of parasite genera. Four genera of parasites Helminths, Ancylostomids, Spirometra, Strongyloides, Toxocara and a genus of Protozoa, Giardia were identified. The genus Spirometra was only registered in Puma yaguaroundi and the genus Strongyloides parasitized more animals. The station and the order in which they belonged to carnivores and primates were the variables that significantly influenced the parasitosis (Wald = 5.516, P = 0.019 and Wald = 12.52, P <0.001). The sharing of cages in carnivores is statistically significant (Wald = 8,586, P = 0.003). Age significantly influences the severity of the parasite (Wald = 4.119, P = 0.042). Seasonality influences the prevalence of gastrointestinal parasitosis.
