This research aims to isolate and identify alkaloids from the bark of Aspidosperma camporum Müll Arg (Quillobordon) (Apocynaceae), plant species traditionally used as an antimalarial in the Peruvian Amazon. The study was conducted at the Specialized Unit: Laboratory of Natural Products Research parasitic Amazon "Gabriel de la Fuente Martin " LIPNAA Research Center of Natural Resources in the Amazon ( CIRNA- UNAP ) , in terms of extraction, chromatographic purification and isolation of alkaloids and the Institute of Agrobiology Canary Superior Scientific Research Council of Tenerife ( Spain ) fractionation was performed , taking NMR spectra , mass spectrometry high and low resolution experiments , two-dimensional homonuclear quantum coherence , which allowed to determine the chemical structures of the isolated Camporum Aspidosperma bark ( 4.4 Kg ) , macerated with ethanol at room temperature for a period of 60 days, with renewal of solvent every 72 hours , the ethanol under reduced on a rotary evaporator to dryness , pressure was removed and weighed was obtained 102.4 g of ethanol extract . From the alkaloidal extract ethanol extract was obtained in basic medium ( 13.8 g ) Column chromatographic procedures, thin layer chromatography, preparative chromatography were isolated three alkaloids. The chemical structure was determined by the interpretation of spectroscopic data (1H NMR and 13C, HSQC and HMBC) and spectrometric data and by comparison with the data published in the chemical literature, which were identified as 10 - Methoxy desacetilakuammilina, Aspidolimidina and Flenderina
