Gestión de la seguridad, salud ocupacional y el plan de vigilancia, prevención y control de SARV-CoV 2 en el consorcio Pebas Mac Donald, Pebas Loreto. 2021

Abstract

The present investigation was carried out in the district of Pebas, province of Mariscal Castilla in the execution of a civil work of educational infrastructure in the town of Pebas in the year 2020, by the Pebas Mac Donald Consortium, with the objective of evaluating the conditions of the status of compliance with the SG-SST and the COVID-19 Surveillance, Prevention and Control Plan, in compliance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) and the Ministry of Health. It is an investigation of the observational, analytical, transversal type; the checklist of guidelines of the SG-SST of the MTPE and the Action Protocol and Guidelines for the Surveillance, Prevention and Control of the Health of Workers at risk of exposure to COVID-19 were used. The SG-SST compliance evaluation in the Pebas Mac Donald consortium achieves high levels of compliance in the dimensions: a. Review by the SGSST management with 79.2%, b. Planning and application of the SGSST with 76.5%, and c. Evaluation of compliance with regulations with 75%.; with a general compliance average of 72.625%, achieving an implementation level rating of Regular Superior in Implementation of the SGSST. Regarding the level of compliance with the SARs CoV 2 Surveillance and Control Plan, 75% compliance was achieved. Achieving an acceptable level of implementation of the SARS CoV 2 Surveillance and Control Plan. That is, the PEBAS MAC DONALD CONSORTIUM has a good level of compliance with the SG-SST guidelines (72.625%) and the CoV 2 Surveillance, Protection and Control plan (75%), so the alternative hypothesis is accepted. and the null hypothesis is rejected in this investigation.

La presente investigación se realizó en el distrito de Pebas, provincia de Mariscal Castilla en la ejecución de una obra civil de infraestructura educativa en la localidad de Pebas en el año del 2020, por el Consorcio Pebas Mac Donald, con el objetivo de evaluar las condiciones del estado de cumplimiento del SG-SST y del Plan de Vigilancia, Prevención y Control del COVID-19, en cumplimiento de las directrices del Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (MTPE) y del Ministerio de Salud. Es una investigación del tipo observacional, analítico, transversal; se utilizó la lista de verificación de lineamientos del SG-SST del MTPE y el Protocolo de Actuación y Lineamientos para la Vigilancia, Prevención y Control de la Salud de los Trabajadores con riesgo de exposición a COVID-19. La Evaluación de cumplimiento del SG-SST en el consorcio Pebas Mac Donald, logra altos niveles de cumplimiento en las dimensiones: a. Revisión por la dirección del SGSST con el 79.2%, b. Planeamiento y aplicación del SGSST con 76.5%, y c. Evaluación de cumplimiento de la normativa con un 75%.; con un promedio general de cumplimiento del 72.625%, logrando una calificación del nivel de implementación de Regular Superior en Implementación del SGSST. Con respecto al nivel de cumplimiento del Plan de vigilancia y Control del SARs CoV 2, se logró un 75% del cumplimiento. Logrando un nivel de implementación del Plan de Vigilancia y control del SARS CoV 2, aceptable. Es decir, el CONSORCIO PEBAS MAC DONALD tiene un buen nivel de cumplimiento de los lineamientos del SG-SST (72.625%) y el plan de Vigilancia, Protección y Control del CoV 2 (75%), por lo que se acepta la hipótesis alterna y se rechaza la hipótesis nula en la presente investigación.
