This research study aimed to determine the relationship between the Social, Economic factors and the Non-Compliance with Alimony of the Obligated in the Legal Peace Court, Iquitos - 2019. The type of study used was quantitative, non-experimental design, descriptive, cross-cutting correlal; the sample constituted 30 registered court files from January to June 2019. The instrument was a Register Sheet for Socio-Economic Factors and non-compliance with the obligated's alimony, whose validity was 89.67% and reliability 90.56%. Compared to those forced 90.0% are adults and 10.0% young; 60.0% without a partner and 40.0% with a partner; 63.3% have 1 children and 36.7% of 2 children; 76.7% with lower level of instruction and 23.3% with higher level of instruction; 80.0% with independent occupancy and 20.0% with dependent occupancy; 53.3% with economic income less than or equal to 1,000 soles and 46.7% with economic income greater than 1,000 soles; 87.1% of those obligated with non-compliance with alimony have suspended prison and 12.9% effective prison. There is a statistically significant relationship between the social and economic factors of the obligated and the non-compliance with alimony: age (p = 0.004), marital status (p = 0.009), number of children (p = 0.005), economic income (p = 0.044); while with the level of education (p= 0.236), occupancy (p= 0.283) and non-compliance with alimony, they are unrelated. The results obtained contribute to strengthening knowledge in the field of civil procedural law and practice in the legal courts of peace, in the face of the process of non-compliance with alimony by the obligated person.
