La gestión administrativa y desempeño docente de las instituciones educativas de la UGEL 01 - Maynas - 2014

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el nivel de la Gestión Administrativa y el desempeño docente de las Instituciones Educativas de la UGEL 01- Maynas – 2014. El tipo de investigación fue según el alcance de tipo básica o sustantiva. En este caso se analiza las variables: gestión administrativa y desempeño docente desde la perspectiva de los encuestados. El diseño general es el No Experimental – Transaccional o Transversal – Descriptivo Correlacional. La población la conformó los docentes de las instituciones educativas “Von Humbolt”, “Sagrado Corazón”, “Simón Bolívar”, “61010”, y “Tnt. Clavero” que en totalidad suman 304 docentes nombrados y la muestra la conformó los 170 docentes de las Instituciones Educativas de la UGEL 01- Maynas. Las técnicas que se empleó en la recolección de datos fue la encuesta para ambas variables y el instrumento fue el cuestionario. La aplicación de la prueba estadística inferencial para la prueba de hipótesis sobre la relación entre la variable independiente Gestión Administrativa y Desempeño Docente, se demostró que nivel de gestión administrativa se relaciona significativamente (p < 0,05) con el desempeño docente en las instituciones educativas de la UGEL 01- Maynas-2014.
