Research titled Level of knowledge of norms on academic plagiarism by the students of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, UNAP - 2019, presents the general objective Explain the level of knowledge of the norms on academic plagiarism by the students of the Faculty of Rights and Political Sciences ; The type of research is descriptive, non-experimental design of the transversal type; a sample of 40 students of the Faculty of Law; the instrument used a Likert scale and a 35-item opinion questionnaire addressed to students; reaching the following conclusions: The level of knowledge of the students of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the UNAP on norms that regulate academic plagiarism. Iquitos - 2019, it is shown that of a total of 40 students, 15.0% have low level of knowledge, 65.0% medium level and 20.0% high level. The level of knowledge of the students of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the UNAP about the existence in the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the UNAP of a plan or program that promotes the knowledge of the norms that regulate academic plagiarism, It is shown that of a total of 23 fifth-level students, 13.0% have low level of knowledge, 78.3% have a medium level and 8.7% have a high level. Of 17 sixth-level students, 5.9% have a low level of knowledge, 82.4% have a medium level and 11.8% have a high level. The most frequent forms of academic plagiarism according to students of the Faculty of Law and Political Science, it is shown that of a total of 40 students of fifth and sixth level, 63.3% state that if they do so without intention, 50.8% by copy and paste, 45.8% do plagiarism online, 45.8% paraphrase, 42.5% for false authorship, 34.2% intentional, 34.2% self plagiarism, and 22.5% for false reference. The difference in knowledge about academic plagiarism among the students of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the UNAP, according to the academic level they are studying, shows that of a total of 23 fifth-level students, 13.0% have low levels of knowledge, 69.6% have a medium level and 17.4% have a high level. Of 17 sixth-level students, 17.6% have a low level of knowledge, 58.8% have a medium level and 23.5% have a high level.
