Nivel de conocimiento de normas sobre plagio académico por los estudiantes de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas, UNAP - 2019

Abstract

Investigación titulada Nivel de conocimiento de normas sobre plagio académico por los estudiantes de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas, UNAP – 2019, presenta el objetivo general que es el de explicar el nivel de conocimiento de las normas sobre plagio académico por los estudiantes de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas; el tipo de investigación es descriptivo, su diseño no experimental del tipo transversal; teniendo una muestra de 40 estudiantes de la Facultad de Derecho; el instrumento utilizado es una escala tipo Likert y un cuestionario de opinión de 35 items, que está dirigido a los estudiantes; llegando a las siguientes conclusiones: El nivel de conocimiento de los estudiantes de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la UNAP sobre normas que regulan el plagio académico. Iquitos – 2019, se muestra que de un total de 40 estudiantes, 15.0% tienen bajo nivel de conocimiento, 65.0% nivel medio y 20.0% nivel alto. El nivel de conocimiento de los estudiantes de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la UNAP sobre la existencia en la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la UNAP de un plan o programa que promueva el conocimiento de las normas que regulan el plagio académico, se muestra que de un total de 23 estudiantes de quinto nivel, 13.0% tienen bajo nivel de conocimiento, 78,3% tiene nivel medio y 8,7% tiene nivel alto. De 17 estudiantes de sexto nivel, 5,9% tienen bajo nivel de conocimiento, 82,4% tiene nivel medio y 11,8% tiene nivel alto. Las formas más frecuentes de plagio académico según estudiantes de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas, se muestra que de un total de 40 estudiantes de quinto y sexto nivel, 63,3% manifiesta que si lo hacen sin intención, 50.8% mediante copia y pega, 45,8% hace plagio por internet, 45,8% por parafraseo, 42,5% por falsa autoría, 34,2% intencional, 34.2% auto plagia, y 22,5% por referencia falsa. La diferencia en el conocimiento sobre plagio académico entre los estudiantes de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la UNAP, según al nivel académico que cursan, se muestra que de un total de 23 estudiantes de quinto nivel, 13,0% tienen bajo nivel de conocimiento, 69,6% tiene nivel medio y 17,4% tiene nivel alto. De 17 estudiantes de sexto nivel, 17,6% tienen bajo nivel de conocimiento, 58,8% tiene nivel medio y 23,5% tiene nivel alto.
