To quantify the importance value index (IVI) and economic value of the low hill forest and high terrace of the local forest "New Suni charm", we have to determine the IVI and the volume of commercial timber in plank foot, for this study we I carry out a forest census in 10 strips of 100 meters wide by 1000 meters long (sampling units). The floristic composition of the low hill forest includes 21 commercial species, distributed in 13 botanical families, the most representative being the Fabaceae family; and the floristic composition of the upper terrace forest was determined by 14 commercial species, distributed in 13 botanical families, and the most representative family is the Moraceae. For the IVI it was determined that in the low hill forest where 2 representative species appear (cumala and shihuahuaco) with a total of 204.9% participation in the forest structure, while in the upper terrace forest there are 2 representative species (cumala and catahua) with a total of 149.4% participation in the structure of the forest. In the low hill forest, there is a total volume of 1925.2 m3 and a volume per hectare of 19.2 m3 / ha, making this an economic valuation of 424,150.54 soles per board foot. While in the upper terrace forest a total volume of 1024.0 m3 and a volume per hectare of 10.24 m3 / ha was determined, having an economic valuation of 131,549.96 soles per board foot.
