In the district of San Juan Bautista in 2005 sewerage Corpac Street began with the goal of improving population health. But before the estimated time for completion of construction date, I this was unfinished, which caused the spillage of sewage flooding the streets and houses of the lower part of the population. For several years until the middle of 2009, villagers had to open channels to give effect to the wastewater that had been stationed septic tanks. This research tends to help solve this problem posed. The overall objective is to determine the impact of the economic efficiency of the construction of drainage, and population health. The specific objectives were to assess the impact of the economic efficiency of the construction to morbidity and quality of life of the affected population. The analysis of these results we conclude that the impact of the economic efficiency of the construction of sewage street Corpac to population health was high, low morbidity and high impact quality of life of the population of the district of San Juan Bautista in the period 2007. This analysis concluded that the project objectives were not met; in the work effectiveness is not reached, effectiveness and efficiency in public spending, nor adequately met the legal standards established for sanitation projects. The abandonment of this work, apparently has been completed in 2014.
