Presencia y cumplimiento del estado: frustración y conflictos sociales de la actividad petrolera en la comunidad indígena - Mayuriaga de la cuenca del río Morona - Datem del Marañón - Loreto - Perú

Abstract

La tesis se ejecutó en el ámbito de la comunidad indígena Mayuriaga, quebrada Mayuriaga, ubicada en la margen izquierda de la Cuenca de Rio Morona. A una altitud de aproximadamente 182 msnm. Políticamente pertenece al Departamento Loreto, Provincia Daten del Marañón, Distrito de Morona El objetivo del estudio fue lograr una mejor comprensión del rol que cumple el Estado en la reducción del rechazo y los conflictos relacionado con las actividades de hidrocarburos en la comunidad indígena Mayuriaga. La totalidad de los encuestados de la comunidad indígena son de género masculino y responsables del hogar, siendo la población etaria de esta población mayoritariamente está entre 20 y 49 años, es decir la población económicamente activa. La situación ocupacional están ocupados todos y con ingresos mensuales altos superiores a 4,000, ingreso muy superior a la media regional, eso indicaría que están vinculadas a la actividad petrolera porque son estas empresas las que pagan mejores salarios; pero el nivel de estudios una gran mayoría tiene primaria y secundaria, es una población con educación básica regular y con capacidad de desarrollar habilidades y destrezas para desempeño en la actividad petrolera, se reconoce al Estado nacional, pero rechazan reconocer a las autoridades designadas por el Estado nacional. Se evidencia una fuerte identificación con su etnia, valoran y reconocen sus costumbres como propias, además tienen una alta valoración del papel que cumplen sus organizaciones en la defensa de sus derechos ancestrales. Reconocen los beneficios de la actividad petrolera, son conscientes de la importancia y rol que cumplen las instituciones públicas en la comunidad de Mayuriaga. Tienen una opinión mayoritaria favorable y se sientes satisfechos con el servicio educativo, lo cual crea condiciones para mejorar el servicio educativo, con la inversión en radiofonía, teléfono e internet, con las campañas de identidad y registro civil realizados por el RENIEC, participan y reconocen que existe transparencia y reconocen los resultados de los procesos electorales, con los programas productivos en agricultura y los programas sociales del Estado en la comunidad de Mayuriaga.

They have a favorable majority opinion and feel satisfied with the educational service, which creates conditions to improve the educational service, with the investment in radio, telephone and internet, with the campaigns of identity and civil registry carried out by RENIEC, participate and recognize That there is transparency and recognize the results of the electoral processes, with the productive programs in agriculture and the social programs of the State in the community of Mayuriaga.
