This study aimt:d to demonstrate that there are no significant differences between the prevalence of oral diseases among hospitals and MINSA health centers in the province of Maynas. The research was quantitative, the design was not experimental, descriptive, comparative, cross. The sample consisted of the first semester 2013 Diagnostics of Hospitals and Health MINSA Maynas province. The instrument used was to identify the prevalence Rt:cord data collection of oral pathologies health facilities. Among the most important findings the following was found : The diagnoses of the 1 O most prevalent oral diseases of Health Facilities MOH 1st half of 2013 were : Hospital !quitos : Caries in dentin (24.5%) , pulpitis (23.6%) , pulp necrosis (17.4%), acute gingivitis (3.4%), periapical abscess without fistula (3.1%), limited to enamel decay (2.7 %) , dental caries unspecified (2.3%) , pyoderma (2.1%) , affected ( 1.2%) teeth and periapical abscess with fistula (1.2%). In the Lo11eto Regional Hospital: Pulpitis (25.0%) , pulp necrosis (15.7%), dentin caries (6.5%), pyoderma (4.7%), Bell's palsy (4.4%), acute gingivitis (4.1%), viral warts (3.4%) , myalgia (2.2 %) , basal cell tumors (1.9%) and changes in tooth eruption (1.5%). In Health Centers: Caries of dentin (21.4%) , pulp necrosis (10.9%) , limited decay enamel (9.9%) , dental caries unspecified (9.9%) , pyoderma (9.5%), acute gingivitis (8.0%) , deposits (accretions) in the teeth (6.5%) , pulpitis (5.4 %) , development disorder not otherwise specified teeth (4.6%) and myalgia (2.4%). The statistical values calculated with the data of the thesis, it is observed that no statistically significant diffc:rences between the pathologies diagnosed MOH health facilities Iquitos (p=0.7681).
