Since August to September 2017, the influence of environmental parameters on the diversity of anura and saury in the upper Putumayo river basin was evaluated, using VES techniques, casual and auditory recording. The results indicate that during the day mixed water (Am) obtained higher values of environmental and soil temperature with 27.90 and 25.60 ° C respectively, while low terrace forest (Btb) had higher relative humidity with 89%. During the night, hydromorphic rod (Vh) obtained a higher ambient temperature with 25.70 ° C, mixed aguajal (Am) had a higher soil temperature with 25.40 ° C, and low terrace forest (Btb) increased relative humidity with 88.50%. In relation to diversity, 53 anurans and 13 saurus are reported. Bcb presented greater wealth of anura (35 species) and saurus (11 species). The highest abundance index was reported in Am (2.65 ind / hour - man); the most abundant species was Osteocephalus planiceps (1.17 and 0.37 ind./hour - man) in Btb and Bcb. Leptodactylus discodactylus (0.85 ind./hour - man) was abundant in the Vh, Boana geographica (1.16 ind./hour - man) and the heliophilic saurus Kentropyx pelviceps (0.53 ind./hour - man) were in Am. Vh had the greater dominance and Bcb the lower. It is concluded that: there is an apparent pattern of influence of the environmental temperature, soil and relative humidity on the richness, abundance and dominance of anura and saury in the upper Putumayo river basin, however, not all species manifest an influence with the environmental factors.
