This project was developed in 2014, in the Regional Hospital of Loreto district Punchana aims to better understand the perceptions of people with chronic renal failure (CRF) in their lifestyles (EV), dietary habits (HA) and your personal and family history (APF) before the IRC reaches their lives, carried out in two areas Internal Medicine "A" service and control sample Hemodialysis patients seen at the hospital but did not have illnesses kidney. This is an observational descriptive exploratory study, because the variable will be described as is observed at the time of measurement, a qualitative approach, conducted through a semi-structured interview. We interviewed 100 people of which 65 have IRC and 35 apparently healthy and witness people emerged three general categories: perceptions that predispose the lifestyles (EV), dietary habits (HA) and his personal and family history (APF) , the onset of CRF. The survey revealed that poor HA, EV, play a significant role in the onset of the disease, and are the APF what term to encompass the idea, each predisposing factor with more relevant than other features, so we conclude leave information real that the disease affects the daily lives of these people today, because they cause physical, social limitations that involve their work, their eating habits and culture.
