The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of music education on the development of expression and oral comprehension in 5-year-olds of the Initial Educational Institution No. 401 "Mi Carrusell" 2019", the method used was quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive, correlal design, which allowed to describe each of the variables considered in the study. The instruments used were: observation sheet for the descriptive analysis of the indicators of the musical education variable, reaching a validity of 90.09% and 95.6% for the descriptive analysis of the independent variable development of expression and oral comprehension. The same ones that were validated through the Delphi method or expert trial. The data was analyzed through the SPSS version 23.0 statistical program. For univariate analysis, descriptive statistics were used to represent data expressed in frequencies, percentages, and tables. In the analysis, the non-parametric test, Chi Cuadrado (x2) of the analysis of minus 55 students, was used. The specific hypothesis was proven: Music education is significantly related to the development of expression and oral comprehension in children. 0.70 (0.844 or 84.4%) 0.70 (0.802 or 80.2%) for the Expression Development and Oral Understanding Reliability Questionnaire. Therefore, the general hypothesis of research is demonstrated: "Musical education significantly influences the development of expression and oral comprehension in 5-year-olds of the Initial Educational Institution No. 401 "Mi Carrusell", 2019.
