This study was as aimed to determine the overall limit of angulation vertical distortions occur before the radiographic apex distance of the endodontic instrument, the methodology was a quantitative, experimental, correlational Cross, To carry out this investigation in vitro were selected 20 first molars with palatal roots integrate the arch included in an individual experimental support device. The results showed variations when they made the different shots at different angles (0°, 10°, 20° and 30°) and at different distances (O mm, 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm) of ARIE, this was increased with increasing the angle. It was noted that the distortion of the distance AR-IE appears from 30° when measured 1 mm and 1.5 mm and most distortion occurs when the angle was 30° and the measured distance was 2 mm when considering distortion from 0.25mm. In the present investigation: is concluded, that from 30° for distortion of the distance AR-IE clinically observable, which increases when the distance mentioned is greater.
