To start a project must first be clear about its definition, welt a project is a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a product, service or result. The temporary nature of projects means that a project has a definite beginning and an end. In turn this report on practical work Sufficiency is oriented to the theoretical description, analysis and Implementation of the standard PMBOK project execution; with particular focus on the processes of initiation and planning with emphasis on 3 areas of knowledge that are Management Project Integration Management, Project Scope Management, Project Time, where the following points such as detailing in, develop project charter, gather requirements, define scope, create WBS / WBS, define activities, sequence activities, estimate resources, estimated duration and develop a schedule that are components of the guidelines of the PMI PMBOK guide. Also established tools or techniques that have been applied to generate the deliverables that are the result of detailed project management. The main contribution of this report is to serve as a base to go including project management in software development and thus consider the areas of knowledge that is generally not taken into account and then generate project failure, such as communication, management resources, time management, task structure, among others.
