The research work was carried out at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon in the Faculty of Agronomy in the Project Vacunos in the Fundo de Zungarococha, entitled "dose of effective microorganisms (EM-1) and its effect on the agronomic characteristics and yield of the spineless amasisa (Erythrina sp.), as cattle forage in zungarococha ". The evaluations were made at the twelfth week after the vegetative planting of the cuttings, in plots of 3 m x 1.2 m (3.6 m2) and an experimental area of 170 m2. With a design of Complete Block Design at random (DBCA), with five treatments and four repetitions, the treatments under study were: T0 (0% solution EM-1), T1 (2.5% solution EM-110), T2 (5.0 % EM-1 solution), T3 (7.5% EM-1 solution) and T4 (10% EM-1 solution), obtaining the following results: In plant height, the Effective Microorganisms MS dose, positively influencing a height of 1.40 m the 8th week with the T4 (10% MS solution), In the production of green matter and dry matter, the T4 (10% MS solution) achieved the best result with 2.35 kg / m2 and 0.51 kg / m2 respectively. Yield per plot and per hectare was also higher in T4 (10% MS solution), achieving 8.46 kg and 23500.0 kg respectively. Concluding the doses of Effective Microorganisms (EM) positively influenced the agronomic characteristics of the Amasisa forage (Erythrina sp).
