The present study was carried out in two phases: the first one comprised the location of the seedlings in the Arboretum el Huayo of the Forest Research and Teaching Center - Puerto Almendra, the second was the analysis, where the entire research process was carried out In nursery and in laboratory, with the objective of determining the conservation of the seeds of Cedrelinga cateniformis Ducke (Tornillo) in different storage conditions in Puerto Almendras-2017; Was experimental, descriptive and quantitative, we used the Complete Random Design with three (3) treatments, according to the factors and levels considered, we had a factorial design of 4 x 2, therefore; The design consisted of 8 treatments combined; To determine the statistically significant differences between the results of the treatments used, the 25% "F" test was performed. Analysis of variance (ANVA), when finding significant differences, the 95% confidence interval DUNCAN test was applied to determine the Superiority of treatments on others, 2,400 seeds of Cedrelinga cateniformis Ducke (Screw) were used, using 100 seeds per plot with a spacing of 5 x 5 cm, obtaining the results with respect to the analysis of variance that the number of seeds germinated shows high (B1) and environmental coverage (a0 b0), were found to be higher than those obtained in the same period of time (a0 b0), which were statistically significant, with a coefficient of variation of 4.34% In the number of seeds germinated; Seeds stored up to 60 days (b1a3) in refrigeration at 20ºC, showed a germinative power with 41.66%, considered acceptable Seeds kept under cover (b0a3) to the environment
