This research work was carried out in the field of the Yurimaguas Experimentation and Teaching Center (CEEY) Km 17 of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon - Faculty - Zootechnics, located on the Yurimaguas - Tarapoto highway. The soil is classified as Ultisol, with a pH of 3.8 to 4.2, with low phosphorus content, and high saturation index of aluminum. The objective of this work was to determine the growth of height and diameter of three timber species (screw (Cedrelinga catenaeformis, Bolaina (Guazuma crinita) and Capirona (Callycophyllum spruceanum) as components of an Agrosilvopastoral system in the first seventeen months of established, likewise determine the cost of establishment of these timber species. The experimental procedure began with the preparation of the land through cultural work, then the distribution of the area was carried out applying a statistical design of Completely Randomized Blocks (BCR), with 03 treatments and 03 repetitions. The treatments were T0: screw; T1: screw + capirone and T2: screw + ball. At the beginning of the establishment, the forest components were associated with annual rice (Oryza sativa) and cassava (Manihot sculenta) crops, then a coverage of Centrosema macrocarpum will be established. The best result in growth of height and shaft diameter at seventeen months was observed in T2, with an average height for the screw species 239.79 cm and diameter of 4.54 cm, for a growing ball height 359.01 cm. and diameter of 5.06 cm. Finally, it was concluded that the T2 screw with ball and annual culture obtained better results both in height and shaft diameter growth, differentiating numerically from the other treatments.
