This Study was carried out in a flood area of the FORESTRY TEACHING AND RESEARCH CENTER (CIEFOR), Faculty of Forest Sciences, located in the immediate vicinity of the “PUERTO ALMENDRA” farmhouse 45 minutes from the city of Iquitos. The general objective was to determine the abundance of natural regeneration in clearings of forest species in the flooded forest of the Nanay River. CIEFOR¬- Puerto Almendra. Loreto-Peru. The type of research is descriptive, because an existing reality is described. The level of research is face-to-face, based on the observation and recording of each of the phenomena found. In this research it is proposed to establish the abundance of the Natural Regeneration of forest species in clearings in the Flooded Primary Forest of the Nanay River CIEFOR Puerto Almendra”. LoretoPeru In the results of the inventory of natural regeneration in clearings as reported in Table 1, 2, 3 and 4 at the time of the study, a representative amount of forest species was observed through the mechanism of natural regeneration of the species, where Seeds are transported by wind and entomological means. The frequency distribution of the species / girdle / clearing, in table 5, the frequency distribution of the clearing species is recorded by girdle, it can be seen that in girdle 4 39 species are reported, followed by girdle 3 with 33 species , in strip 2 there were 33 species and finally in strip 1 there were 30 species. The dap (cm) in table 06 indicates the analysis of variance of the diameter at the height of the chest (dap-cm).
