Actitudes en la prevención de riesgos laborales en trabajadores de construcción civil del consorcio San Antonio. 2023

Abstract

The objective of this research work was to study the attitudes towards the prevention of occupational accidents in civil construction workers in San Antonio in the year 2023. The research, due to its approach, was quantitative, prospective, of a simple descriptive level and of design of non-experimental research. The target population of the study was made up of 183 workers (183) of the San Antonio consortium who were working in the year 2023. The sample was also made up of 79 workers who were present at the time of application of the data collection instrument. , inclusion and exclusion criteria were taken into account, the technique used was the survey and the instrument applied was the questionnaire of ten positive and negative statements, which passed the validity tests (Aiken valides index) and reliability (Crombach’s alpha test). The data obtained through the data collection instrument was analyzed taking into account the objectives and research hypothesis and subsequently expressed in a Basic Data Matrix (MBD) and analyzed, processed and tabulated through of the SPSS statistical package version 27. The main results expressed that there are mostly favorable and very favorable general attitudes towards the prevention of occupational accidents in civil construction workers belonging to the San Antonio consortium in the year 2023. This predominance is also manifested according to age groups as well as according to the worker’s level of education. This tendency is also expressed in cognitive, affective and reactive attitudes and according to the age group and level of education. There is an important group of workers with neutral attitudes towards the prevention of occupational accidents within the age groups and level of education. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the importance of preventing occupational accidents, especially in those workers with neutral attitudes in the San Antonio 2023 consortium company.

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo estudiar las actitudes hacia la prevención de accidentes laborales en trabajadores de la construcción civil San Antonio en el año 2023. La investigación, por su enfoque, fue cuantitativa, prospectiva, de nivel descriptivo simple y de diseño de investigación no experimental. La población objetivo de estudio estuvo constituida por 183 trabajadores (183) del consorcio San Antonio que se encontraban laborando en el año 2023. La muestra igualmente estuvo constituida por 79 trabajadores los cuales, estuvieron presentes al momento de la aplicación del instrumento de recolección de datos, se tuvo en cuenta criterios de inclusión y exclusión, la técnica que se utilizo fue la encuesta y el Instrumento aplicado fue el cuestionario de diez afirmaciones en positivo y negativo el mismo que paso las pruebas de validez (índice valides de Aiken) y confiabilidad (prueba alfa de crombach).Los datos obtenidos a través del instrumento de recolección de datos, fue analizada teniendo en cuenta los objetivos y la hipótesis de investigación y posteriormente expresados en una Matriz Básica De Datos (MBD) y analizada, procesada y tabulada a través del paquete estadístico SPSS versión 27. Los principales resultados expresaron que existe mayoritariamente actitudes generales favorables y muy favorables hacia la prevención de accidentes laborales en los trabajadores de construcción civil pertenecientes al consorcio San Antonio en el año 2023. Este predominio se manifiesta igualmente de acuerdo a los grupos de edad así como de acuerdo al grado de instrucción del trabajador. Dicha tendencia se expresa también en las actitudes cognoscitivas, afectivas y reactivas y de acuerdo al grupo de edad y grado de instrucción Existe un grupo importante de trabajadores con actitudes neutrales hacia la prevención de accidentes laborales dentro de los grupos de edad y grado de instrucción, por lo que se hace necesario fortalecer en cuanto a la importancia de la prevención de accidentes laborales, especialmente en aquellos trabajadores con actitudes neutrales en la empresa consorcio San Antonio 2023.
