The Sub-Committee of Administration of the Fund of Assistance and Stimulation of the Workers of the Education Sector Iquitos Maynas Loreto, plays an extremely important social role by providing financial resources, in the form of loans, to workers in the education sector, active or unemployed, to overcome urgent problems of consumption, health problems, travel, investment in small businesses, among others. For this, in this study the behavior and evolution of the credits are analyzed, seeing if it complies with the guidelines of the institution. The objective of this master thesis was, as noted above, to analyze the credits granted by the Sub-Committee of Administration of the Assistance and Stimulation Fund of the Education Sector Workers Iquitos Maynas Loreto, during the period 2012-2016. In this study, we carried out the present investigation of Descriptive and Non-Experimental design, analyzing the statistical significance and determination of the Independent Variables (recovery of credit, delinquency rate and liquidity) in the Dependent Variable (credits granted). After the analysis and discussion of the results, it was verified that the credits did not grow steadily during the study period, which would have been ideal; however, there was a worrying growth of 328.45% when comparing the amounts of 2016 (S/. 8,469,892.76) with that of the year 2012 (S/. 1,976,888.46). Likewise, it was demonstrated that there is no statistical significance between delinquency and liquidity, since the values found for the correlation coefficient (r = 0.66887267) and for the coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.447390649) confirm this. It should be noted that the Loreto region has been going through a serious economic crisis since the year 2014, characterized by the fall in oil production and the semi-paralization of the forest sector. This resulted in a considerable reduction of the transfers by canon and oil canon, postponing the realization of public works; in addition, of a remarkable growth of the unemployment.
