The process of self-evaluation, as first phase to achieve accreditation, is aimed to promote continuous improvement of the quality of care in the health services providers, in response of Loreto Regional Hospital, comes conducting self-evaluations since 2010. The aim of this thesis was to determine the differences in the results of the self-evaluation process for accreditation of the Hospital Regional de Loreto, period 2013-2017, the method used was the design and the quantitative not Experimental, descriptive, comparative and retrospective, the sample were reports and results of the process of self-evaluation of the previous five years (2013-2017), the technique used was the documentary review and implement a data sheet made in Excel for Windows. The results of the present study were: the Macro management process achieves an average score of 57.45%, followed by the Macro process governing with an average of 56.65% and finally, the Macro processing support with an average of 42.22%, none of the period (2013 - 2017), exceeds the allowable range (> 85%), these results show a score within the range of not approved (< 50%) in the 2013-2015 periods, and in the range of not approved (50-69%) in the period to 2014, 2016 and 2017, in any period of evaluation, the final score exceeds 60%. In conclusion, Loreto Regional Hospital must improve many macro processes; this implies greater involvement of managers, Office managers or departments, as well as all the staff as a whole.
