The present research work was carried out in the Loreto Region, Maynas province, San Juan Bautista district, beneficiary Mario Hernán Fernández Delgado of the "PAUJIL" community, Km 35.5 inland 5 km from the Iquitos - Nauta highway. In order to determine the behavior of cassava (Manihot esculenta crantz) in a sequential cropping system with Rice (Oryza sativa L.) and Maize (Zea mays), mono crop and corn-rice associated. In order to evaluate the data, the Complete Random Blocks (DBCA) design was used, with three (3) treatments and 3 repetitions, which constituted all the corn, rice and cassava plants of the three treatments and 3 blocks; which 10 plants of each crop of the corresponding treatment of the whole block were evaluated. the evaluated variables correspond to the months from March 2017 to May 2018, in which it was determined that the commercial root weight yield and root yield per hectare of the cassava crop showed the best results in treatment 3 (rice sequential crop) , associated corn and cassava monocrop), with 3.68 kilos per plant and 36833.33 kilos per hectare respectively; which were not significant with treatment 1 (rice mono crop and cassava mono crop), with 2.71 kilos per plant and 27133.33 kilos per hectare respectively; and with treatment 2 (mono and cassava mono crop), which ranked last with 1.41 kilos of root per plant and 14090 kilos of root per hectare respectively.
