The main objective of this research was to determine the incidence of supplementary credits in the budgetary execution of the Provincial Municipality of Requena year 2018, due to the problems seen in it, so it was developed as an applied type investigation and non-experimental design, our study population was of 14 budget categories, for which the information collection guide has been used as a data collection instrument, concluding that; the supplementary credits executed by the MPR, in the period 2018, amounting to an amount of S/ 6,530,740; destined to cover expenses to the municipal compensation fund, municipal taxes, directly collected resources, donations and transfers, fees and fees, fees, customs and participation income, and resources for official credit operations. On the other hand, it is determined that the budgetary execution of income according to the items maintains a regular efficiency (88.5%), because according to the PIM it was drunk to collect in 2018 S/ 18,540,544 however only S/ 16,399,927.78 are controlled; In addition, as regards the budgetary execution of expenses, it is possible to determine a poor progress (75.3%), since of the S/ 24,050,353 that has been budgeted, only S/ 18,103,935.67 can be executed. Finally, it is concluded that the supplementary credits affect the budgetary execution of the Provincial Municipality of the Requena year 2018, because, the CS cover the expenses generated during the year, but despite this, the execution of the income is not efficient.
