The study was developed in the forests of the native community "Sargento Lores de Camote Isla" province of Mariscal Ramón Castilla- Loreto Region. The objectives were to record the floristic composition of commercial species with diameter diameters 40 cm; determine the IVI; define the volume of standing commercial timber, the economic valuation and identify the current and potential use of the commercial species recorded per ha and total. The population. The study area was in total (ha): 200.00 from the native community “Sargento Lores de Camote Isla”. The sample was 200.00 (ha). The methodology used to carry out the field work was the design of a stratified systematic inventory (by forest type) with rectangular sampling units or plots of 0.5 ha of surface (500m x 10m), to evaluate the individuals with diameters greater than 40 cm DBH. With 22 sampling units. 8 commercial species were found, distributed in 8 botanical families. The largest number of species is in the botanical family Rubiaceae, Moraceae. The abundance of commercial species is in the Fabaceae family, which represents 42% and 34% of the total species registered in the forest inventory of the study area; The dominance of the commercial species is 315.69 m2 / ha. The most frequent species are "cumala, capirona, marupa". The representative species, according to the IVI are, "capirona and cumala". The volume of commercial wood is 9.92 m3 / ha. The potential use of the identified species are: sawmill, ichthyotoxic, construction, parquet, laminate, medicinal, the species with the highest Valuation per hectare is andiroba with S /. 6 699.46 soles.
