The present research aimed to determine the values "anomalous" (extreme values or outliers) local climate and relate to human health (incidence of malaria and dengue) in the city of !quitos, period 2000-2012 the hypothesis research was that climatic anomalies constitute a rísk factor for human health especially with the incidence of malaria and dengue in the city of lquitos, period 2001-2010, the study population comprised stucco all temperatura data, ( Maximum, Minin and a half, as Well as precipitation and relative hUmidity from the years 2000 - 2010 in the same way The population also was given by all Vivax malaria data, Falsiparum and. dengue were reported in the city of lquitos from the years 2000 through 2012., and the type of research used was correlational, non-experimental descriptiva. In general terms we can say that the anomalous climate formed by the maximum temperatura, mínimum and average, and precipitation and relative humidity are factors that influence the presence and falsiparum Vivax malaria, dengue nor ie are condítioning factors, but not decisive, but in a few years if no correlation between abnormal climate and the presence d these endemic diseases.
