Conocimiento del uso del SIAF y el desempeño laboral en la toma de decisiones de los trabajadores de la DRA - Loreto, periodo 2020

Abstract

This research work helps us to see how the workers of an institution demonstrate their skills at work where mistakes are often made but in the end this research is corrected, this is cataloged as the Knowledge of the use of the SIAF the work performance in the decision-making in the workers involved in the Regional Agrarian Directorate of Loreto, lost 2020, the hypothesis was raised that if there is a direct relationship between knowledge of the use of the integrated financial management system and job performance in decision-making in workers involved in the DRA-L, 2020. The method for the research was descriptive correlational, because each variable was described according to its behavior, its research sample was made up of 41 workers involved in the DRA-L , 2020, with a square quote of 65, 879 with a confidence level of 95%, all this was thanks to the ay help of the administration, he was able to provide us with the information where a questionnaire and a guide were used, with this the research could be developed, in conclusion, the acceptance of the formulated hypothesis was demonstrated, that there is a direct relationship between the knowledge of the use of the integrated financial management system and job performance in decision-making in the workers involved in the DRA – L, 2020.

Este trabajo de investigación nos ayuda a ver de como los trabajadores de una institución demuestran sus habilidades en el trabajo donde muchas veces se comete errores pero al final se logra corregir este investigación esta se cataloga como el Conocimiento del uso del SIAF el desempeño laboral en la toma de decisiones en los trabajadores involucrados de la Dirección Regional Agraria de Loreto, perdido 2020, se planteó la hipótesis que si existe relación directa entre el conocimiento del uso del sistema integrado de administración financiera y el desempeño laboral en la toma de decisiones en los trabajadores involucrados de la DRA-L, 2020. Se realizó el método para la investigación es el descriptivo correlacional, debido a que cada variable fue descrita de acuerdo a su comportamiento, su muestra de la investigación fue conformado por 41 trabajadores involucrados de la DRA-L, 2020, con una cita cuadrada de 65, 879 con un nivel de confianza de 95%, todo esto fue gracias a la ayuda de la administración, nos pudo brindar la información donde se utilizó un cuestionario y una guía, con esto se pudo desarrollar la de la investigación, en conclusión, se demostrar la aceptación de la hipótesis formulada, que hay existe relación directa entre el conocimiento del uso del sistema integrado de administración financiera y el desempeño laboral en la toma de decisiones en los trabajadores involucrados de la DRA – L, 2020.
