Evaluación de impactos económicos, sociales y ambientales de la titulación de tierras en el distrito de Jenaro Herrera, región Loreto

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación realizado en el distrito de Jenaro Herrera, provincia de Requena, región Loreto. Se pudo constatar en el terreno de los hechos las situaciones precarias en que viven los agricultores del mencionado distrito, ya que del 100% de su terreno que le corresponden, solamente se aprovecha el 20 o 30% de su potencialidad, encontrándose un impacto económico, social y ambiental ya que esto también en parte es culpa de las autoridades locales, regionales y por ende del gobierno que no le presta la debida importancia a estos pobladores. Según el estudio de investigación, lo mismo sucede pero en proporciones mayores en las comunidades de Nuevo Aucayacu y Nuevo Pumacahua, el cual tienen la titulación de sus terrenos desde la época de los 90. Se puede dar como una solución según las deficiencias encontradas “in situ”, él envió de profesionales tanto en el área de agronomía, forestal y ambiental, quienes a través de capacitaciones y buenas practicas integrales, se puede demostrar que si es posible mejorar sus calidad de vida tanto en el aspecto económico así como también en lo social, ya que mediante estas escuelas formadas por profesionales se puede demostrar que si utilizando casi toda la potencialidad de sus terrenos se producirán más y en mejores condiciones, a la misma tendrán muchas posibilidades de sacar estos productos a los mercados para su expendio lo cual mejorarían en la mayoría sus condiciones de vida.

In the present work of investigation realized in the district of Jenaro Herrera, province of Requena, region Loreto. It was possible to verify in the field of the facts the precarious situations in which the farmers of the mentioned district live, since of the 100% of their land that correspond to him, only 20-30% of its potential is taken advantage of, finding an economic, social and environmental impact since this is also partly the fault of the local and regional authorities and therefore of the government that does not give due importance to these settlers. According to the research study, the same thing happens, but in greater proportions in the communities of Nuevo Aucayacu and Nuevo Pumacahua, which have titled their land since the 1990s. It can be given as a solution according to the deficiencies found "in situ", he sent professionals in the area of agronomy, forestry and environmental, who through training and good comprehensive practices, It can be shown that if it is possible to improve the quality of life both in the economic as well as in the social aspect, since through these schools formed by professionals can be demonstrated that if using almost all the potential of their land will be produced more and in better conditions, to the same will have many possibilities to take these products to the markets for their sale which would improve in most their conditions of life.
