The purpose of this study was to compare and determine the level of satisfaction of external users of the dental service served in two health establishments, Iquitos - 2019, a population of 698 patients was used and 248 patients were used as a sample distributed in CAP III IQUITOS-Essalud (139) and the CS Moronacocha (109). A non-experimental, comparative, cross-section quantitative work was designed. Arriving at the hypothesis where the level of satisfaction of the external user seen in the IPRESS I-4 Moronacocha is greater than that of the users served in the CAP III Iquitos-Essalud; the results showed that the safety dimension had a higher percentage of satisfaction in both the CAP III Iquitos-Essalud with 63.0% and in the C.S. Moronacocha with 83, 5%; The Reliability dimension had a satisfaction percentage of 54.1% in CAP III Iquitos-Essalud and 71.9% in C.S. Moronacocha; the Empathy dimension had a satisfaction percentage of 67.5% in CAP III Iquitos-Essalud and 83.3% in C.S. Moronacocha; the Tangible Aspects dimension had a satisfaction percentage of 59.4% in CAP III Iquitos-Essalud and 66.5% in C.S. Moronacocha; and the response capacity dimension had a lower percentage of satisfaction in both the CAP III Iquitos-Essalud with 43.5% and in the C.S. Moronacocha with 60.8%. These results led to the conclusion that the level of satisfaction of the external user served in the IPRESS I-4 Moronacocha is greater than that of users served in the CAP III Iquitos-Essalud.
