The research work was carried out at the Faculty of Agronomy in the Vaccine Project in the Zungarococha Fundo, entitled fertilization levels and nitrogen application frequency in the agronomic characteristics and yield of the panicum maximun grass cultivating tanzania iquitos - 2019. The evaluations were carried out at the tenth week after planting with vegetative seed (bushes), in plots of 3 mx 1.2 m (3.6 m2) and an experimental area of 170 m2. With a Randomized Complete Block Design (DBCA), with a 2 x 2 factorial with four treatments and four repetitions, the treatments under study were: T1 (100 kg nitrogen at 7 days of application), T2 (100 kg nitrogen at 21 days of application), T3 (200 kg nitrogen at 7 days of application) and T4 (200 kg nitrogen at 21 days of application), obtaining the following results: With the fertilization level of 200 kg N / ha (N2), it was possible to increase plant height, green matter, dry matter, and green matter yields per hectare (Kg). In this sense, it was shown that fertilization with Nitrogen favorably influenced the agronomic characteristics of Panicum Máximum cv forage. Tanzania. With the frequency of application at 21 days after sowing (FA2), it was possible to increase the height of the plant, green matter, dry matter, and the yields of green matter per hectare (Kg). In this sense, it was shown that the frequency of application also influences the agronomic characteristics of Panicum Máximum cv forage. Tanzania. Similarly, the percentage (%) of coverage was also favored with the application of 200 kg N / ha (N2).
