Implementación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para la empresa Servicios y Equipos Amazónicos SAC en Loreto

Abstract

La presente investigación se desarrolló en la empresa Servicios y Equipos Amazónicos S.A.C. dedicada al transporte de carga líquida y seca en toda la hoya amazónica, con el objetivo de implementar un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, cuyo sistema esta normado por ley. La investigación es de carácter descriptivo, se buscó conocer el estado actual de la empresa en materia de seguridad y salud. Se aplicó un diseño no experimental en donde se observó los hechos tal y como se dan en su ambiente natural, para después analizarlos. El instrumento para la recolección de la información fue el cuestionario de la Resolución Ministerial N°050-2013-TR en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en el sector industrial de la SUNAFIL. Los resultados de la evaluación a la empresa mediante el diagnóstico situacional determinan que la seguridad durante el proceso del transporte de carga líquida y seca se encuentra en un estado deficiente, pues solo se da cumplimiento de la ley N°29783 en un 16% del total de lineamientos que contiene, y se identificó un total de 36 riesgos, de los cuales el 94.4% (34 riesgos significativos) tienen un nivel de riesgo importante e intolerable. Luego de la implementación del plan este porcentaje se reduciría hasta 25%.

The present investigation was developed in the company Servicios y Equipos Amazónicos S.A.C. dedicated to the transport of liquid and dry cargo throughout the Amazonian hole, with the objective of implementing a safety and health management system at work, whose system is regulated by law. The research is descriptive, we sought to know the current state of the company in terms of safety and health. A non-experimental design was applied where the facts were observed as they occur in their natural environment, and then analyzed. The instrument for the collection of information was the questionnaire of Ministerial Resolution No. 050-2013-TR on occupational safety and health in the industrial sector of SUNAFIL. The results of the evaluation to the company through the situational diagnosis determine that the safety during the process of transporting liquid and dry cargo throughout the Amazonian hole is in a poor state, since only the law No. 29783 is complied with in a 16% of the total guidelines contained in the law and a total of 36 risks were identified, of which 94.4% (34 significant risks) have a significant and intolerable level of risk. After the implementation of the plan this percentage would be reduced up to 25%.
