The study aimed to evaluate pulpectomies in multirooted parts in relation to the level of sealing in patients attending dental school and / or stomatology of Iquitos 2010-2013, for which 131 teeth, 74 was evaluated corresponding to the UNAP painful symptomatology, discomfort on palpation or percussion, absence of edema or swelling, occurrence of fistula and Normal Function: 50 to the CPU and 7 to the UPO, for the clinical evaluation of teeth the following criteria will be taken into account tooth. The following criteria was used for radiographic assessment: Normal periodontal ligament in their contour and thickness, Lamina hard unaltered Repair preexisting periapical process Evidence of apical resorption extensive periapical Infectious process increased in size and root canal ignored; according to the American Dental Association of Endodontists. The results were evaluated pulpectomies 131; 70.2% had successful of which 43.5% are from the UNAP; UCP 23.7% and 3.1% of the UPO, regarding the failure rate was 29.8% being UNAP 13.0%; UCP 14.5% and 2.3 of the UPO. The root canals of teeth is not higher treatment failure was observed, the level was the most common shutter subobturado in 15.2% distobuccal conduit. In root canal lower the success rate was 74, 2% level shutter having more frequently in distal subobturado mesiolingual ducts and 62.0%. Failures was presented in 25.6% of cases observed.
