The objective of this study was to establish the relationship between value, intensity and saturation of the color of the anterior teeth with age and sex in patients treated at the San Antonio Health Center - 2018.. The type of research was quantitative; the non-experimental, transversal, correctional design. Among the most important findings of the study was the following: The most frequent tonality was 1 with 74.2%; followed by 3 with 17.4% and 2 with 8.4%. The most frequent value was 2 with 37.8%; followed by 3 with 30.9%; 4 with 19.5%; 5 with 7.5% and 1 with 4.2%. The most frequent intensity was 2 with 62.8%; followed by 24.6% and 1 with 24.6%. In both sexes the value 2 was the most frequent male with 11.1% and the female with 26.7%; followed by value 3, masculine with 9.6% and feminine with 21.3%; the value 4 the masculine one with 6,6% and the feminine one with the 12,9%. The least frequent were the value 5 and 1. In both sexes intensity 2 was the most frequent male with 19.5% and female with 43.2%; followed by intensity 1, masculine with 6.6% and feminine with 18%; the value 3 the masculine one with 4.5% and the feminine one with 8.1%. In both sexes, tonality 1 was the most frequent in men with 23.7% and in women with 50.5%; followed by tonality 3 the masculine with 4.5% and the feminine 12.9%; the value 2 the male with 2.4% and the female with 6%. In the age group of 18 to 30 years, the value that most prevailed was 2 (35.4%) and 3 (14.4%); in the group of 31 to 40 years it was the value 3 (13.5%) and 4 (5.4%); in the group of 41 to 50 years it was the value 4 (7.5%) and 3 (2.4%); from 51 to 60 years old the value 4 (4.2%) and 5 (2.4%); from 61 to + years, the value 5 (3.9%) and 4 (2.1%). In the age group from 18 to 30 years, the intensity that most prevailed was 2 (37.5%) and 1 (12.3%); in the group from 31 to 40 years old it 2 (12.3%) and 1 (6.3%); in the group from 41 to 50 years old it 2 (6%) and 1 (3.3%); from 51 to 60 years 2 (4.5%) and 1 (1.8%); from 61 to + years 3 (2.7%) and 2 (2.4%). In the age group from 18 to 30 years old, the predominance was 1 (45%) and 2 (5.1%); in the group of 31 to 40 years 1 (16.2%) and 3 (3.3%); in the group of 41 to 50 years was 1 (8.4%) and 3 (2.7%); from 51 to 60 years old 1 (3%) and 3 (3%); from 61 to + years 3 (4.2%) and 1 (1.5%). There is a relationship between age and the value of the teeth (p = 000). There is no relationship between age and intensity of the teeth (p = 0.137). There is a relationship between age and tonality (p = 000). There is no relationship between sex and value (p = 0.408), between sex and intensity (p = 0.300), or between sex and tonality (p = 0.352).
