From june to december 2008 its evaluated the abundance of Inia geoffrensis and Sotalia fluviatilis and the interaction with fishing activity in the Caballococha lake in order to propose an management plan, by lineal transec method and participative. The result shows the most abundance specie was Sotalia fluviatilis with 70% (n= 1 839 individuals) and in order to Inia geoffrensis 30% (n= 785), and a general density of river´s dolphins in the Caballococha lake were 3,061 ind/km2: 0, 96 ind/km2 of Inia geoffrensis and 2, 10 ind/km2 of Sotalia fluviatilis. The spatial distribution about the two river´s dolphins’ species shows that they use all the space in the Caballococha Lake. The grupal size observated to Inia geoffrensis, show that the 24% the groups is compound of 1 individual and for Sotalia fluviatilis, the 16% of the groups has 2 individuals. The age category compound of hydrological, shown an average range in the most elevated increasing/media increasing of the water. To old the 310, 25; young 872, 14 and offspring de 928, 35 dolphins. The interaction of the river’s dolphins with the fishing activity is very close for the flood pulse and change season all the year. The most used fishing equipment are the nets and deep-nets. They are dangerous for the river’s dolphins which they could provocation the dolphins dead during the fishing activity. According to indicate its propose actions lines of management and conservation to ictic resources as “corvina” Plagioscion squamosissimus, “gamitana” Colossoma macropomum, between others, which its feed Inia geoffrensis y Sotalia fluviatilis. In conclusion the river´s dolphins interaction and fishing activity are very closed because they are influenced for the flood pulses and the season change which its vary all the year.
