Objective: To determine the risk factors for musculoskeletal disorders in nursing graduates of Hospital Apoyo Iquitos during the year 2018. Materials and methods: The present work is a non-experimental, crosssectional, prospective, analytical study. The study population consisted of all the nursing graduates of the different services of the Hospital Apoyo Iquitos during the year 2018. Results: The results of this study show that our population was entirely made up of 100% women (consisting of 70 nursing graduates from the Hospital Apoyo Iquitos of the different services), these results show that activities are risky in the workplace to develop Muscle skeletal disorders, we can observe that 66 of the participants mentioned carrying out mobilization of patients, 65 of the participants repeated movements and forced posture in the same frequency. When assessing the presence of musculoskeletal disorders, the dorsal / lumbar problems are the most prevalent (67.14%), followed by neck problems with 62.86% and 24.29% had discomfort in the elbow / forearm. When reviewing the dominance of limb injuries, the right shoulder is the most affected, but for the elbow and hands the bilateral involvement is the most frequent. The discomfort reported by the participants in the last 12 months, with greater prevalence were the lumbar and neck. With respect to the presence of TME in the last 7 days, lumbar (57.14%) and cervical (50%) complaints are still the most prevalent (With regard to their level of intensity the vast majority has a level of intensity of 3 points (from 0 to 5)). When carrying out the study of the relationship between the characteristics of the individuals and the characteristics of work, only an association was found between the age of 60-69 years and the TME of the neck, which turned out to be statistically significant. When looking at the relationship between the service and the prevalence of TME of the wrist, a statistically significant relationship was found between the neonatal service and the TME. Conclusions: This research study showed that more than 60% of nurses have a high risk of suffering from a future TME to continue having the risk factors found, therefore, it is necessary to improve the relevant occupational health, the area most frequent anatomical pain is the area of the back / lumbar with 67.14% and at the same time is the most susceptible area to present future musculoskeletal injuries as well as in the neck area with 62.86% then the elbow / forearm area.
